hoijui e654ca8a31 Allow to generate lower case header references through the config ...

This makes the references consistent/compatible with GitHub,
GitLab, Pandoc and many other tools.

This behavior can be enabled in config.json with:

```
"linkifyHeaderStyle": "gfm"
```
